Why is property and rent so expensive in Ireland these days? Who knows? Maybe the government should do something about it, after they finish managing their property portfolios of course.

Good think sitting in the Dail is a part time job these days. At least we know if and when the property market crash really starts to bite the Government will come up with a package to ease the burden on investors.
